Terms of service

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Integral LLC for using Eva. By using Eva you agree to them. If you use Eva for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

What Eva is

Eva is a voice coach for Claude Code. On a live call, with your screen shared, she helps you set up Claude Code and the system around it on your computer, then coaches you while you automate real work. Eva is software. She gives guidance; you choose what to do with it.

Beta

Eva is in beta. Features will change, some will be removed, and the service may be slow or unavailable at times. We may limit how much you can use Eva, and we may end the beta. We will tell you before we make a change that takes away something you rely on, where we can.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Use your real email address or phone number, and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Do not share your account.

Your computer and your decisions

Eva may suggest commands, settings and automations for your computer and your accounts. AI can be wrong. Read what she suggests before you run it, keep backups of anything important, and do not give her or Claude Code access to anything you are not willing to have changed. You are responsible for what you run, what you automate, and for following the terms of the other tools you connect, including Anthropic's terms for Claude Code.

Acceptable use

Do not use Eva to:

• break the law, or help someone else break it;
• share someone else's private information on screen or in a call without their permission;
• harass, threaten or deceive people;
• build or spread malware, or get into systems you are not allowed to access;
• overload, probe or attack Eva, get around its limits, or copy it to build a competing product;
• resell or give others access to Eva without our written permission.

Your content

What you say, type, upload and show on your screen is yours. You give us permission to use it to run Eva, to support you and to improve Eva's coaching, as described in the privacy policy. Eva's software, coaching material and brand belong to Integral LLC.

Fees

Eva is free during the beta. We plan to offer paid plans later. We will tell you the price before any plan is charged, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

Ending your use

You can stop using Eva at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing team@gointegral.co. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use puts other people or the service at risk, or if we end the service. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and explain why.

No warranty

Eva raises the floor; she does not guarantee results. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that Eva will be accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Integral LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of Eva. Our total liability for any claim about Eva is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Eva in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for changes that matter we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Eva after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
